STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM

INGREDIENTS

4 Cups of crushed strawberries (washed and stemmed)
3 Cups of sugar
1 pkg SURE-JELL

1.  Add sugar into a large saucepan.  Stir in 1 pkg. of SURE-JELL.  Add 1 cup of water; stir.  Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.  Boil 1 min.; stirring constantly.  Remove from heat. 
2.  Add crushed strawberries to mixture; stir 1 minute or until blended.
3.  Pour the strawberry mixture into the (washed and dried) jelly jars immediately, leaving 1/2 inch space at the top for expansion during freezing; put on lids.
4.  Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours or until set.  Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or freezer* for 1 year. 
*Our family prefers to keep our jam in the freezer.  It is delicious on sandwiches, pancakes, ice cream or on a spoon for a sweet treat!

PLEXUS LEAN™ MOCHA BLUEBERRY PROTEIN SHAKE

Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1-2 scoops Plexus Lean
¼ cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional: soak in milk overnight)
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 handful baby spinach leaves
½ cup ice

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
